Laydilay Organic Eggs is primarily an organic poultry farm and was started in April 2004 by Andy and Mandy Johnson.  The farm is based on the southern flank of Dartmoor just south of Haytor rocks and near the idyllic village of Ilsington. We look after 2000 laying hens and rear our young stock 2 – 3 times a year. All our eggs are packed, graded and delivered by ourselves for our wholesale customers – independent shops, restaurants, and food producers.

We also have a small unit in Buckfastleigh where our office is based and in which our meringues, mayonnaise and macaroons are made by hand. For those of you visiting our site and wishing to know where you can buy our products as an individual please click here
